I work with people who are curious about themselves. If you sense there's something beneath the surface and want to understand yourself better, this space is for you.

You might arrive with a vague feeling that something is off, that you're not quite living as you are meant to be, or with a clear idea of what needs to change. We will work together to identify exactly what is happening in your internal landscape and work to shift it.

My background is in psychodynamic psychotherapy. This approach helps you understand how childhood experiences, early traumas, and attachment history actively mould your current reality, leaving you freer to define the future you want. Whatever you are dealing with right now, therapy can help you feel better and think more clearly about your life and what you want from it.

My private practice provides a confidential space to explore current challenges, repeating patterns, attachment styles, or choices you have outgrown. Our sessions are grounded in whatever you feel like sharing that day, while staying focused on where you want to go.

Since qualifying a decade ago, I have successfully treated a vast range of issues, diagnoses, and internal challenges. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultural frameworks, and my practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neuro-inclusive, and culturally aware.
